In other words it is a "Throw Back" and should be relegated to the land file pile (LOL).

Please indulge me for a min here ,as I was just looking at fred weinbergs inventory, low and behold is a 1993 -D unclad zinc penny.-Is this not a bit odd for 3 of these bumpy ugly 1993D pennys to exist ?Maybe this one is exciting me more than it shouid because it was lying on the street next to my garbage can?http://www.fredweinberg.com/inventory/item.asp?ID=4773
