Registration Disabled

As of today I believe I have modified the code for the forum to not allow ANY registration of new members except explicitly through the database, which only Bob and I have access to.

This should put an end, once and for all, to the bot registrations. We will just have to wait and see if it works.

If this does not work, we will end up having to try installing a newer version of the forum, which will be time consuming, messy, and difficult.
