Not sure what this is.. Compare to the norm 2006 Nevada & see what you think.. The horses tail seems to have been replaced & there is what appears to be a pedal on the rear leg.

I concur. The tail is mich higher, and is "TRAILING IN THE WIND". The only thing possible, or maybe feasable as Mike said, is a die chip.
