I know that PCGS will bodybag a coin with heavy rim dings. Will PCGS bodybag this coin? What about NGC or ANACS?
Notice the rim ding around the word Liberty. BTW.. this is a 1909 1DO-002.

I would probably send it to ANACS as they will attribute variety coins and if there is a rounding down for problems, they will do that. But still a nice looking coin. I like the first image better. A lot clearer. IMOHO

Looks right on the border of what will or won't get BBd.
I bet it's a coin toss, it might even BB once then slab if they see it the next day.
I'd go with ANACs on it and hope they don't note that rim ding.
I would expect it to get about 63 RB from ANACs.

Thanks guys! I think I'll be trying my luck with PCGS, and if it cant grade through them, then it will go to ANACS.
