Won't sleep unless I check first is this a possibility or has it been altered by a very bored individual? Although I have a couple Canadian cents that are clipped I don't have the knowledge to discern fake from authentic. And the amount of clips on this seems too bizarre Laughing Thanks

It is definitely post mint damage, and not a clip. Someone got pretty bored.
