Has anyone seen this PCGS holder?

Has anyone seen this PCGS holder? I know that for some rare coins, PCGS in the past has used a larger display holder such as this with a gold colored background, but I have never seen the holder used on a coin that is not considered very rare. I wonder if you can request this type?
