Sandra, The only thing I see, apart from the fact that some one s"tole" part of your "bus", is the focus is off a shade. Otherwise, good photo. I wonder if the focus control is as "flimsy" as the QX3? BTW, I sent you a PM.

Yes it is flimsy...pretty well hair trigger between in focus and not in focus. It is pretty good for eyeballing details but I'm still not sure if I like it, I need to be able to pivot the coin at times to get the right angle for the image and its not possible using the scope.

I would say yes. I don't see any notches.
I made an adaptor for my QX3, after I got the QSZ. That way I have the smooth focusing, and a bit more light. It was before i got used to taking photos thru the 'scope.

I agree that it is machine doubling. But my preference on proof coins is the term Strike Doubling. Because they are struck several times, I prefer to call them that. Basically the same thing. This is doubling caused from striking, not from real die doubling. So I still refer to them as machine doubling, but just a different cause. Not a variety. Keep looking...
ADDED:
Looking again at the U. It looks like a bag mark from another coin. The East Side of the U looks pushed NE in the image. Still nothing, so keep looking.

Checking to see if a new image host will work here.
