Mike,
Not to get your hopes up too high, and I am not too sure, but it looks like separation lines on the 995 of the date. If they are, this is a doubled die, and a rare one at that. Is there any doubling on the mint mark..or anywhere else on the coin? Is it possible to add a little contrast to your pic so I can see it a little bit better.
