Mike, The answer is no. No possible RPM's after 1990, on the cents.

Mike, The appearance of the MM indicates damage, (post mint). I so not see the image that well to be more precise, due to my vision problems, ( and in my case the lack of color), but what I do see is NOT an RPM. As I said, the MM's are on the working dies, since 1990. One other thing, there are no "stupid, or silly" questions. We all went thru the "newbie" stage, and some of us have never gotten beyond! Laughing

After 1989 The coins have the mint mark as part of the design. So if a doubled mint mark is present after that time it would have to be a DDO. The Mint mark looks large, but remember the 2001-2003 Cents devices all were wider. The date looks normal. But a better image with a little less glare might help to see for sure if we are missing anything or not.
