Dots looked egg shaped and lettering seems thicker so thought I would ask Wink

It does look like a very minor class 6. However, these would be too minor to list and have a minimal (if anything) premium increase over a normal coin of the same date/condition.

Thanks for the reply Bob. This 45D has me unsure also, didn't know if the extra thickness is years of being squished or doubling.

This 45D looks like it could have been one, but it is so banged up that it is difficult to tell Sandra. There are plenty of class 6 obverses for just about every date in the 40's. Keep on hunting!

I found a nice 1945 class 6 DDO at the local show here last weekend. I'll have to photo it for this thread...if my old brain can remember it.
