Thought you might enjoy a good laugh.
Earlier this evening I made my usual daily phone call to the family down in TX. My grandson, Kylen (5) was crying because he was in trouble for hitting his younger sister (3).
I asked him to tell me why he hit her, and this was his response.
"Grandma.... I told Riley not to come in my bedroom because I was playing with my transformers and she always tries to take them away from me. But she came in my room anyway. She kept trying to take my transformers and I was getting really irrigated at her. I tried not to get irrigated, Grandma, but I couldn't help it. Then, my temperature got really, really high, and I had to hit her."
I had to put the phone on mute so he wouldn't hear me laughing. I had tears rolling down my face.
I think, when he grows up, he'll either be a lawyer or a geek. Either way, he'll probably make a lot of money, so what the heck. He's just gonna have to learn how to keep his "temperature" in check and not let people "irrigate" him.

How precious is that? Very funny Mary. Out of the mouths of babes they say. You can't trade a conversation like that with anything in this world

Mary, there is another side that comes to mind. From his composition, I'll bet he would be an excellent "Straight-faced" comedian!

Reminds me of when I was a kid. Only difference was my sister was the older and bigger one so I was the one that always got hit. That was well over 60 years ago and I'm still thinking of getting even.
