Chuck, Is this any easier to work with than those tornados? Keep your sea-anchor handy.

Other than a stiff breeze each day, weather here has been as-normal...except for the absence of the daily thunderstorms.

It's generally sunny and hot here during the day, then thunderstorms in the evening. All day for the past three days it has been cloudy with a 15-25 MPH wind. No rain though.

Debary, Florida -- where BJ Neff lives -- is reportedly under four feet of water. I don't expect we'll hear from him for awhile. I hope his house wasn't completely inundated.

I know what it is like to be flooded...
My parents live on the Ohio River and in '98 it got 48" on the second floor and I won't wish any house flooding on anybody..
the clean up was a mess to say the least.....

May everyone in Florida be safe and secure.....

and dry

Mike

So far BJ is fine. I have kept in touch with him for the past few days. The water is very close to his house, but his home sits higher than some. He told me the water will have to come up another few feet to get into his house, but it is still rising. His cable box is under water which is why he has no Internet. he still has phone and electric right now, but that can go at any time. I will keep you updated on his plight.
