We had tornado warnings for the better part of these evening posted. Fay is a funny storm that doesn't seem to be moving much. I have had it on the radar for most of the day and we are just beginning to see the affects. Not much wind, some rain.

Gabe down south of here was the first to see Fay and I hope that all is Okay with him.

Bob P. and Chuck I believe are out of the picture on this one, unless it does something radical and who knows??????

Everything is ok here, but I think I’ll have to get rid of my hurricane magnet.
Maybe I’ll sell it on e-bay.

I’ll sell that magnet cheap!!
We needed the rain also,
We did get a good amount of rain, people that live on the lakes around here won’t need a ladder to climb from their docks down to there boats for awhile.

Ole' Bob might not be safe from this thing after all. It is forecast to move west across the panhandle. Maybe just a rain event, but we'll see what mother nature has in store for us up here.

Judging from the radar I get on weatherbug, CD may have missed the first pass, ans will be too far south for the second one. Keep your fingers crossd!

I sure hope it head's straight up the Ala. Ga. line. We need the rain. I hope that everyone is safe.

We are starting to see the heavy rain now. The eye is just east of us (I'm above Orlando) and it will be a soggy night. At least the frogs will enjoy it and the ducks when the sun rises again.

What every one should do is watch the weather forecasters in Illinois and expect just the opposite.

As it works out, if the storm remains on the same track it's on right now, then turns north after visiting Bob, Manatee county (the county where I live) might end up being the only county in the state not to get a drop of rain from the storm.

Chuck - I'll send you some. We have had over 2 feet in the last couple of days and it is still coming down.

Saw some old guy herding a bunch of animals into a big boat. Do you think?

BJ, anything is possible, but not everything is likely. I expect Chuck will agree. It isn't time for his next move!
