First things first...
Any time you are asking about doubling, you are not asking about an error coin. You are asking about a die variety. Doubled dies are ALL die varieties, as are repunched mintmarks and over mintmarks.
Errors are things like misstruck coins, planchet flaws, and other things that don't involve the exact details of the die that struck the coin. Only exception is when the die gains flaws during use, like cuds and other die breaks. This does have to do with the die, but not the design on the die.
Secondly...
Hard to tell from your image, but it looks like there could be some anomaly to your coin that would classify it as a minor doubled die - which again would be a die variety, not an error.
