Dick: I was out of town when that passed through. We we were in Laughlin, NV. They also got heavy rain there on Monday evening. The rest of the days were OK there.

That is nice to know! I watched that storm move into Blythe, and on radar, it was blood red!

Just Sang, Danced, drank the Riverside Beer, Walked, watched a few movies, relaxed and only walked through the casinos. But I forgot to pick up a box of Cents before we left. Guess that will be a project for next week when I go up north to get away again. Hope all are well and dry. "Sleep tight and don't let the alligators bite!"

Coop, that is nice. Too bad you forgot the box of xcents. That says you had a lot more fun than you realized.
This weekend is a good one to stay at home, where it is safe, for you and the family. I was never one to "hit the rroad" during holidays, if any I could avoid it. There are enough "nuts" on the road, with me making it a crowd!

This gustav is getting to be a pretty nasty himmicane. I really feel for the folks up there already torn to shreds by Katrina, now here comes her mean brother.

With Gustav in the Gulf. Bands of rain are inundating parts of Florida, now I see Hanna is taking aim at Florida with 2 unnamed ones following closely behind.
