If you go over to Anna Maria Island over on the pier, you might get some good pics of Gustav

There was a resturant Hawian style food across the street from the pier that was absolutely wonderful

Nothing out there but a bunch of clouds, and it's raining today. Really nothing to take pictures of. I just got back from Ft. Desoto park a few minutes ago which is about 5 NM north of Anna Maria.
Some squalls moving through the area just off shore, but no detail in the clouds - just looks like a gloomy day.

Looks like the high pressure arrea I was watching moved out too fast to affect Gustav. Batten down the hatches! A woed to the wise: If they have said evacuation mandatory, and you do not go, you are at risk of losing everything, including your life! Are those material belongings worth that? GO!
