Try different angles and lighting to show that ear and mouth if possible. It looks interesting but need to see more angles.

In a way the ear looks like a doubled ear but also looks like it might not have added to the size so it could be a hit but need to see different agles to show which it is.

I can't tell anything about the rev, but it sure has doubling on the OBV. Several areas show it very clearly. Nice find!
