How far off is this from center.
is this within normal bounds

Depending on the reverse. It the reverse is normal, then it would be a MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die) and not an off center. It the reverse is that same as the obverse, then it would be an off center. But I'm betting on the MAD without seeing the reverse as it happens often and the improper die (Obverse) is not corrected. The Off center would be worth some, the mad, just what is marked on the back of the coin.

Coop, you beat me to the drwa, but you said what I would have said, not having the reverse to look at makes it hard to tell. Now you know why so many folks holler: "show me the other face, show me the date"! One cannot evaluate properly, without all the available info. Have a nice DAy!

Checking the date on your coin, I had one just like that a day or two ago and tossed it back into circulation. Probably from the same run.
