Struck through capped die - you got it right, I gave you the date. 100% certain.

It's either a mid-stage brockage or a later strike from a clashed cap. Both are "capped die strikes". The latter is a rather non-specific term that incorporates a wide range of errors and effects.

Thank you Mike, and for anyone who can answer do these have much of a premium? Is it worth getting something like this slabbed or does it need to be more significant to be worth while?

These tend to sell for around $20 or $30 on eBay, so it's not worth getting slabbed.
