Looks like Justice has finally been served!
He is not being "re-tried" for the past, altho there will be those who think it is. He knew he was under a very close scrutiny, in everything he does. He did a very foolish, AND illegal thing. He has had a fair day in court. Now it is time to "pay the fiddler"!

And he'll serve all 9 months of it, then get out on some half-way house thing for famous people where he'll serve half his sentence there, then go on house arrest.
By the time his original 9 year sentence is over he will have been completely free for years.

Chuck, there is an old saying in Spanish, that says.: Con dinero, baile el perro"! With money, anything is possible!
I guess money talks, no matter who you are! After having lived in Mexico for several years, I have learned much about our own country, and it's customs!
