Big find, times are tough. I got 4 of these this week, the 3 others being 57 I believe. Pretty cool, haven't seen these in years.
Happy New Year and the best of everything to all

That is neat. I can't believe anyone would spend those. Don't you wonder what the background is on the note "Good Luck Bob". Was it a guy retiring, taking a new job, going off to war for WWII, ???? Makes you wonder.

It would be neat to know what the good luck was for, if it was someone going to war it might have been to the Korean war not WW2.
I'm not a currency expert so let me know if you know the facts but I think:
This one may be made later, probably after WW2. They made 1935 dated dollar bills up to 1957, the only date in between might be 1942 and that was only for the ones that say in big letters HAWAII that were used in case Japan took Hawaii which was a possibility at the time so they could be de-monetized if Japan got them. The rest were dated 1935.
On most of the 1935 bills the reverses don't have "In God We Trust". I think 1935 dated ones came both ways, it may have been on the later ones possibly starting at serries G but this one is serries F so it might be the last serries without it.
Look at the reverse and see if it has IGWT on it or not?
The 1957 added the IGWT.

I can't tell what it says below "Good Luck Bob". It looks like a company name... "Suinga Dinero, Inc"?
According to one of my reference books, there should be no motto "In God We Trust" on the back of a 1935F note. Some of the G's have IGWT while other G's don't.
Over a billion 1935F silver certs were printed!

According to my book, the Priest/Anderson signature combination existed from July 29, 1957 to Jan 20, 1961.

I was thinking it was near 1957.
Still thinking of what it says....
Maybe it's not english?
Something like:
Good Luck Bob (or Boi or Boz)
Seranga One Dinero
I think it was meant as a lucky dollar/dinero for someone.
Who says money can't talk, we just can't always understand

It looks like a good luck bill that used to be taken from the first customers and friends at a bar or diner and framed on the wall. Could it say Seranga Diners Inc?
Regards
Eric

Priest/Anderson did sign the 35 notes, but only this F series. Here's a nice North Africa issue note. These with the gold seal indicate the NA notes. The Hawaii notes have a brown seal with Hawaii printed on both sides it as shown below.
