Just recieved a lot of coins purchased on feebay and this was a bonus coin.(pretty good shape too for a freeby)Looks like clockwise rotation.You can see extra feathers to the right of the base of the r and doubling on entire obverse.Date,bust,designers initials,Liberty,ect.I think you can see it on the Liberty pretty good with my scans.Also is an rpm,but I'll never get a good shot with my current equipment though to show it.

Hard to tell for sure because you're not only using a scanner but you're imaging through a holder - but it looks like machine doubling to me.

I agree. The "L", and the "Y" both have the same displacement, and in the same direction.
