Hi all,
Its me been some time. I have this 1995 Lincoln cent that's missing part of the inner ear and jaw. Is this verity or something that was common with 1995 cents?
The images include one normal 1995 cent. One image is a scan and the other is a digital photo. Thank you all for your help!

genisis1b4, I don't know what might have caused that, but I suspect grease struck thru. Have you checked the reverse for trails? That year/mint has several nice ones:

Tjhis is one of them,

Well, not really.
Flattened removal of design from the back-side forward is caused by die abrasion...filing or cleaning to remove die clash marks, etc. from the die. It's somewhat common, but I would imagine a severe case would be an interesting keeper.
