Dual monitors

I don't know where else to put it, so.....
I lost my extended desk top, somehow. I don't know how, or why. It was fine last night, and today, afrer installing AT&T U-Verse, (the whole pkg, Phone, isp, internet, and TV), I teird to log on, and there are buttons , that I don't have the faintest idea what they do! I need both monitors for zoom-text to work properly. Any one have any ideas? I sure would like to hear them! I want to dump AOL, Time-Warner, and DirectV, and increase the phone benefits, as well as save a lot of money, BUT!!!??? I can'f figure out how to even check my mail! I will have AOL, for at least a month longer, "just in case"! Without AOL, I don't even have the "magnifier". Thanks,
