I just cannot tell from the image you posted. A scan isn't going to cut it. Sorry.

From the scan I only see that the date looks wide.

It might be a DDO, there's a lot of them for 1962.
To know which one look for markers.
A bunch of the listed ones are proofs so ignore those and look at the others with similar doubling, it might be one of them.

Sheesh You're fast as a speeding bullet!
I don't know why but i can scan them to my image gallery and they show every single detail and sharp images but when i send them to the publisher they're bad,I don't get it....but honest I can see it has every single detail in the date,the crease lines and all the marks ,the U show's it really well??
I just don't get it!!!

Oh and i am sure you can't tell but it is also a brassy color,bright yellow gold color??

my2centsworth, You must have found the data base! It is awesome! It takes a while to find everything, and navigate the site. Chuck has done an excellent job! BWIW, you might try Photobucket.com. It is free, easy to use, and your images are all the same size. It sure makes it easy to "check the details".

I finally learned that photobucket is the best,I did my new pics in 4800 res.and cropped them to show only the part I am referring too,sure helps.
My last post has the new one's,if you can give me your opinion if you have time....It's a 65 penny post!!
I have to be honest,at first I didn't know all this stuff was here...lol but i finally stumbled through the door and you're right.....It is an awesome site!!
I haven't figured out everything yet but when I do it'll be because i learned it from here....LoL Idea
