Well, my 5th daughter out of 6 is getting married in less than 2 weeks and it's starting to get a bit hectic around the house. My other 4 daughter's weddings didn't seem to be so, maybe because they were all out of town and the groom's families had more impact on the arrangments. But kathleen is our 1st daughter o be married right here in our home church, St Joseph's (yes, we are Catholic) with all the hoopla that goes with it. If you've ever seen My Big Fat Creek Wedding then you can picture what's coming up except for us it's My Big Fat Mexican/Italian/German Wedding. We've been planning, working and paying on this for a year now. How time flies. But still, there seems to be a million things to do the last 2 weeks and double that the last 2 days. Family is coming in from Los Angeles, Kansas City, Atlanta, Kentucky, etc so it will be great to see everyone, laugh, dance, drink and eat, eat, eat.
In the meantime, I find great solace and therapy at the end of my days looking thru my rolls of lincolns. My sanity is preserved by my hobby.

Totally hilarious. And my daughter is just the kind of person to get a topper like that. She is, mildly speaking, a real character. I really admire my future son-n-law in that he is a pretty lay back and mellow person and has great patient with my daughter's craziness (in a good way crazy). Thanks for the laugh Coop.

Well the wedding was saturday and it went great. Good food, drink, music, family & friends. Now, thankfully, its back to the humdrum routine of quietly looking at my pennies. Whew.
