The forum is interesting, but I am about to scrath them from the list of desirable forums, for the manner in which they are "User-friendly". No way to contact them, even after reading every word in the "preamble"! SH**
Ed, I have tried for over an hour! hour, to register for membership in CU, and so far it is ZILCH!
Any ideas?
Dick

Ed, I didn't see a 1906? I checked both pages of the thread, and all of the link thread, but nothing.

Computers can be a headache.
I'm not sure why it won't register.
I have a PC that whenever I try a website that says enter the code shown that pc has no code shown. LOL.... but my other older PC shows them.
I private messaged you the pic of that fake so you can see it.

Ed, I got your PM, and responded.
On the computer you have that has a "will of it's own", is it a "brand name"? I'll lay you 3:1, it is. I hate brand names, and only use them for parts. Id the case will allow the "Baby AT " system board to be installed, you can make a good "generic" out of them! Then you don't have that kind of problems. If not a brand name, it jas to be a software, or virus problem. IMHO. If it is the "new OS, all bets are off! I have both the business Ed., and another "regular" version, (there are about nine versions, and all are infested with bugs)! I keep the CDROM's separate from all the other OS's

I suspect it might have been the "old reliable AOL", also!
