Hello Imahik and welcome to the forum...
Your first coin is an example (and a very nice one) of a lamination peel. That strip of metal didn't adhere well to the rest of the planchet when it was made, then came apart after the coin was struck. It's a nice, but minor error.
Your second coin is a "poor man's" double, not a doubled die. It is the result of an extremely worn die striking a coin. The doubling effect is caused by metal flow on the die becoming more pronounced as the die strikes coins.
