2005P, small bar on left side and possible doubled knees directly above normal knees.
1996D, ghost images to left of ERTY.

The 2005 looks like a micro DDR, probably too small to be listed.
The 96-D might be mostly in the plating from strike doubling, let's see what others think.

Die deterioration would cause that to the letters.

2005 P neat but maybe to minor for 'listing'. 1996 D the copper layer gets this 'ghosting' effect. fairly common however i'am keeping some stronger examples myself.my guess is that due to the difference between the two metals sometimes..the way it is struck? leaving ghosting to the copper layer.

The double knees may make it worth listing unless that is just a shadow?

No shadow coop, I've the doubled knees high, low, left and right, but being right on top of the other set, the first thought is automatic. Machine doubling. No supporting machine doubling elsewhere on the coin.

Looks like doubled knees to me which would make it a lot more collectable than a bar cent. Bob would probably like to see this coin. If you have time, turn the coin 90 degrees and take an image of that area. I bet it would show the knees better.

Very Nice! Probably one of the strongest doubled knees I've seen. Be expecting Bob's post soon!

I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Even better if it is in a "percolator"!

The sideway photo made those knees show, in the first one I thought it was a bar and only a shadow on the knees.
Neat!

The change of the shor made the bar, AND the knees show MUCH better. Nice picture.

I agree. Nice photos and a nice doubled die. Definitely worth adding to the site.
Coop's suggestion made for an excellent point. Turning the coin in the light can show you things you just didn't see at first. It is a great habit to get in to, and this coin is a perfect example of what can happen when the light is from a different angle.

After turning the coin to get a better image, then turn the image to make it look up-right, square to our vision. that's what I do to get the best image possible.
