Checked the listing for the 1998's and only saw two in which there was any doubling of the columns. This one is very minor, but still decided to post it anyway.

I've noticed that they very by length and which side of Lincoln they are on, on many of the DDR's that I've seen.

You are correct that this one is pretty minor. I have seen many more minor 'bars' for this year. Keep searching!

For the record, I find these frequently - one per roll at least. Most of them go back into the bin for the bank because they are too minor to impress me.
