Yep, sure is! I got at least three 1909 VDB cents from lots that were purchased from Sales@pennies.com, however the name has changed. I believe it Estatebyweight, or something like that. the '09 VDB always came in a flip.

Found a link about it. What a sad story!
Seems like everything they mention is silver:

GerryN, sure am. I got three different lots from the first 1500 bags sold. I had just gotten back to collecting again, and got an email re this site,(sales@pennies.com), and being a very recently accepted member ot our site, here, Iwas buying large lots of cents. Some had bonus items, like sets of US coins. Oner seller infack, counted each item as ONE ite,: A Morgan a Peace , A mint set, a proof set, a dime, a quarter, a silver bar, (englehard), etc, etc. In the "sales@penies, there was one '09 VDB and in the bags also were found keys, semi-keys, and in one of the bags would be a 1909-S VDB for some lucky buyer. I was not that one, but did get three VDB's. There was a certificate included in the package, ifnorming one, to the cause of the name being given to the purchase of the cents from that estate. I don't beileve I have one left, anymore, but I'll try later. It was pretty interesting to me, because "the diamond Horseshoe", with the one million dollae cash, on permanent display, was my "hang-out, there.

Thanks for the heads-up about Pawn Stars. Great show! I've got my DVR set to record it.
