This is more than likely nothing at all, but unless I ask it is going to drive me nuts. Mainly what I am looking at is the date.
This first coin is the one in question.





The arrows on this photo attempt to point out the exact areas in question.




Now here are a couple of photos of the way have seen the date a hundred times in the past.





Like I stated in the beginning. It is more than likely nothing at all, but unless I ask I will never know.

Looks normal to me. The devices throught the 01-04 are wider those years than the other years. The coin may have taken a ding somewhere along the line. Nothing out standing. In the last couple of images I can see something like a die clash on the 01 in the date on it. The first one may have some minor machine doubling that distracts you. But the first one appears normal to me. Someone else may think differently.
