I found this coin earlier today and wanted some opinions...
I believe this is an rpm, but for the doubling (which is only apparent on the 2 and 9, I am not sure if it's a double die or just hub doubling.
ANY feedback would be appreciated.

The concavity on the top of the numbers/mintmark is machine doubling, and the 'doubling' on the outside edge of the 9 is die wear. Sorry, no dice. Pretty common stuff and a good example of it there.
