Looking at some of my Washington's I noticed this fairly strong 52D/D , the CONECA site lists one 52DDR-001 as a D/D to the north, obviously not the same as this coin. Has this RPM been listed before?

I'm no expert. Neither looks like a real RPM to me, but I may be wrong.
The RPM on the left looks "shelf-like", leading me to believe it's some sort of strike doubling. I have seen effects like that on silver coins and nickels. Not sure how strike doubling like that works, but that's my gut reaction.
The pic on the right also looks "shelf-like" to me but at least there's a second vertical bar inside the "D". That one I can almost believe.
Here's another link on Washington quarter RPMs.

Their 52-D RPM is a "North". Neither one of the ones shown are "North"s.

I think all three images are of the same coin. The East marks your seeing appear to be Machine doubling. The lighting maybe showing something that other angles does not show. Check other devices on the coin to see if they show doubling/shelf like marks the same as the mintmark (East). There is a mark on the upper serif of the MM that looked interesting, but it maybe coin damage. Keep us posted as to what appears on your coin.

Coop is right, all the images are the same coin. Here are a couple of other images. There are upper and lower split serifs and although it may look like flat shelf (MD) doubling, I do not believe it is. It sure looks like a D/D east.
edited to add- There is no machine doubling on any other area of the coin.
