I was very dissapointed with this grade.The reverse has full clear lines and strong heads.Do they judge grade mainly from obverse details?


The same with this one,reverse has very slight blending of the lines and nice heads.

I can only repeat it, they are brutal lately.
So is PCGS.

They're more picky about problems and tougher on grades than ever in the past. I think it's their way of being safe. They take no risk in being tough (other than angry customers) but if they aren't they might end up buying it back and lose money on the deal.
