I like to have my coins so they are easy to look at, so I am using the Dansco Sup. albums. I decided Dansco would fit the bill for all my coins that I will collect. I see that there are Anti-Corrosion Album Slipcases for the albums. The price is low for them, but do U think they are needed?
I have Lincolns (EF- BU) and Indian Heads (year date readable), and I am looking into State Q's and U.S. Type Coins.
Thanks,
Ronder

I don't see any real need in having slip cases for Dansco albums. They offer enough protection of the coin as it is.
One word of caution, however...Dansco albums will tarnish your coins over time. I don't/won't use them for my collection partially because of that, and also partially because albums restrict what you can collect because they have specific slots for specific coins. I don't like being told what to collect by having numbered slots.
I use non-PVC safe flips and 20 pocket pages for my collection. They are cheaper, safer, and offer much more flexibility in what I collect than some pre-printed album.

Chuck's recommendation of safe 2x2's & 20 pocket pages are the way to go!! Place them into individual 3-ring binders and that way you get to easily inspect, compose and most importantly keep track of what you have! It's fun to put together and a great start on organization to boot!

I have many of my coins in Intercept albums. Been a few years and no noticeable change.
