This is not one of those replated cents where the plateing appears to pile up against the relief areas. Also not sure if I'm seeing split serifs or flow lines.
Looks like machine doubling. You can see it on the tail of the 9 and the mint mark. The die moved during the strike and distorted the mint mark the most. _________________ Richard S. Cooper
