Does anyone know the trends on the Cherios cereal box issue cent and how many there were issued?Has cert of authenticity with it.Also if there were any errors with them  Thanks ,Ken God Bless

No ideas on any of that, but I believe there were 1 million of them packaged. No basis except that I believe that's what I remember hearing.

The one you want is the dollar they put in those boxes.
The dollars are worth thousands.
(if it's the pattern with detailed feathers as most were)

If I had a clue what happened to them - I have at least two dozen of the cents around here somewhere. I haven't seen them in years though.

I once read some where that they included the wide AM variety, but I think you would have to rip the package open to find out.  Of course I would probably just leave them they way they are. To big of a gamble.
