Accugrate takes ANA, PCGS and others to court!!

According to the January 31st issue of Coin World, Accugrade is now suing the American Numismatic Association, Heritage Capital Corp, Collector's Universe Inc, PCGS, Industry Council for Tangible Assests, Barry Stuppler and Co, Nu Grace LLC and members from an internet group called rec.collecting.com.
Accugrade alleges that these parties came together, and purpously came together to harm Accugrade's reputation.
Im not going to comment much about this case (because of concern that Accugrade could use my comments to take me to court, as they have done before to many people who post on online forums) but I am going to say that for what Ive seen about Accugrade's history, I know on whose side I am.

I suppose it's legal to sue somebody who has an opinion that differs from your own.
Of course, some person's opinions aren't worth the plastic they're encased in.
