First:
I would like to express my appreciation to the folks who maintain this site. I love to cherrypick and refer to this site on a regular basis.
Second:
Found three of these coins, 1955S, I believe they are an rpm#005 but can't find a reference other than Coneca's description (http://conecaonline.org/content/lincolnrpms19541955.html).
This list gives markers but no description of the mintmark. Photo 1 shows what I believe is an extra upper serif. Maybe someone already has this variety and can help. Thanks!

It sure looks like an RPM, and very possible that it's not listed anywhere. I guess you found out why we do what we do here. It is almost impossible to attribute a coin based on CONECA's generalized descriptions.
All published material I have shows only 4 1955S RPMs. CONECAs site listing of a RPM #5 could very well be the one you have. I know for a fact that I have a few 1955S RPMs that are not listed. Let me find them and take a look at them. Time permitting, I will photograph them and put them on the site in the next day or two. Match yours up with those, and if it still doesn't match, we will have you send it to Chuck or myself, and we will verify it and put it on the site with your name on it.

Thank you Bob. Look like it's probably the 006 although I can only match one of your markers.
