I have looked at the two listed RPM's and this isn't one of them. Can it be a new one?

Looks possible if it isn't too minor. Nice find.

Definitely has some possibilities. I would like to examine it some time.

That's definitely an RPM and it is NOT too minor to list.

It still surprises me every time I see something like this. 1910S is such a limited issue you would think that ALL possible dies have been looked at by die variety hunters - but this proves that statement wrong. We are STILL discovering 100 year old die varieties...all goes to support my statement that I don't know if this site will EVER be complete.

It outwardly looks a lot like RPM# 3 listed with CONECA. It's apparently a new listing.

I don't think the variety listing will ever be complete either. Last night I found a 1948 with a HUGE class VI reverse. It isn't listed anywhere, and you'd think a 62 year old coin with that kind of monster DDR would have been reported by now...

Coinguy47, I may not be the first, to welcome you aboard, and definitely will NOT be the last.
You are definitely in the right forum!
Dick

Well thank you Dick. I've been one of those "lurkers" for some time now, but hardly ever post. I ought to get more involved, and will. I've sent several coins to Bob for inclusion in the coppercoins site, and I have several more to send someday when I have 30 hours a day...

I hope to post a photo or two of that '48 class VI reverse tonight when I get home from work. I have several great class VI's, and this one is as wide of a spread as some of the '39's.

Welcome aboard Tom!

It's true, there are so many different class 6 doubled dies out there that nobody can list them all.

Tom,

You need to put your photos on a hosting site like Photobucket. It's free.

Then paste the link in between the Img brackets.

In between these:

To see how people did it click "quote" on someones post with a photo and you will see their link.
