Hey guys, Is this the 74S 1MM-001. It looks like the pic in Chuck's book, but I do not see it here, so I can not check any markers. Does this look like the same variety?

1974S-1MM-001P is a proof die. Yours' isn't proof. In fact, it's not even a large date. I'd say you have a new die find there.

This is very weird...seems to be a lot of threads involve coins I just saw or just bought.
Paid $4 at the Money Show for a 1974-S labeled RPM-1...same die from what I see. Went looking for a die marker or two to mention but didn't pick up anything really prominent that I could be certain of. MM placement, doubling across the top horizontal and the diagonal lines coming off the lower serif all look like matches to me. I'll hand this off to Chuck to take photos next week if I don't mail out a care package sooner.
