1956D-1MM-001: Found this one in a roll from a bank box about a week ago, I like it!
This is the one I'm curious about as I see no listing for a 1978-D RPM. I would like the forums opinion on if this appears to be an RPM or simply a hit. I look through a bunch of coins for RPM's and this one just stands out at me every time i look at it.
Just a couple i've found over the past few weeks, though I would share.
EDIT: Can anyone identify which die this is....im a bit confused. I was thinking 001 but i don't see the markers and 005 looks like a candidate...kinda.

Howdy Aaron,
1) Those 56-D 1MM-001 are nice and not too tough to find.
2) I'm not sure but I don't think the 78-D is an RPM.
3) You didn't mention the year but that sure looks like 1959-D 1MM-001.

The 1978D is isolated macine doubling.

I also was thinking machine doubling due to the shelf-like appearance and lack of knotching.
