I found these two and have seen some call them broadstrike and some call them off center. Can any one tell me the proper name.

They are not broadstruck nor are they off-center strikes. These coins show a minor horizontal misalignment of the obverse (hammer) die. Such errors are only noteworthy when the design is cut off at one pole.

I think the diagnostics would be:
If both sides were off probably: off center.
If it was bigger than normal probably: broadstrike.
This coin:
If only one side is off probably: MAD "misaligned die"

In cases like this it generally makes a difference what the other side of the coin looks like. Can't tell an off-center from a misaligned die strike without being able to see whether the reverse is off too.

Since both coins were clearly struck within the collar, there is no chance that these are off-center strikes.

If these were mine, because they are circulated I would stick $5 on them and put them in inventory. I think they are interesting, and still stand by the idea that they are far less common than off-center strikes.
