Hi Gary!
Nice to see you out, and about.
I don't know what, else was sent, but i know that Bobby131313,, and the staff of CCF got together and sent you food. The idea was that the circumstances were not conducive for one to go into the kitchen,,and think of a meal, so they figured if it was placed in front, you would eat, eventually.
That was the reason for the address request i made. I know your address, but I did not know if I had your permission to give it to a third party, so I asked. The rest is history, and I'm sure you have received the end results. I'm glad I was able to help. It was the least I could do for a friend.

thanks but it wasnt my decision at all. it was her's to make and i just did what i had promised her i would do. it didnt make it any easier to do knowing we had that conversation for the last three years. i begged her to let me do it all again and she just said no we talked about it already and I'm ready. her daughter ashed her if she was afraid and she said no so i said ok it's time kissed her and said my goodbyes. it was the hardest thing i have ever done and probably ever will but i would do it all again over and over again

Hi Gary, Yes, I know you did say it was her decision. I meant that its very hard and loving thing to do when your loved one wants you to let them go now. I only have to think of if it were one of my daughters or close family members how hard it would be for me to allow nature to take its course when they wanted me to, or I knew it had to be, and doing that, knowing I'd be losing them. Its just hard. I feel for you. Big time.

I've talked to others who have had to do that, meaning don't stand in the way and allow nature, or God, to take their loved one home. They describe their experiences to me pretty much like you describe. Very mixed feelings and very hard.

I've experienced deaths of two in Dec, and one more than a week ago, of people close to me or my life passing away, and have had a sister and a cousin pass away after progressive deterioration and suffering from cancer.

I admire your love and strength for your wife, and what you allowed to happen for her. I wish I could comfort you in your own loss, somehow.

Take care Wink

Gary: I was referring to the mention of dragging the nuckles and carrying a club and making a fire in a cave. I do like that song. I do it for different ones who come to do karaoke.
