The Earth has caused major devastation in Japan and the after effects should be hitting the west coast here shortly in the form of a tsunami...
My prayers go out to those caught up in this major disaster, but WOW, the pictures coming out of the area are just wow.

I agree with all above, and add,
the Tsunami that hit Crescent City, CA., also swept five people out to sea. One fatality reported, so far.
I have been watching ever since it was reported, except for a few ZZZZZZZZ's.
I was on Guam, when we had a Typhoon, a Tsunami, and an earthquake, that rocked the island on it's three pillars, which support the island, (according to what we were told, "way back then". The villages were packed with troops! The Tsunami was from another quake. I don't remember where, but all this happened in a two week time frame. That was back in 45, or 46. I was stationed at the Transportation dept. of the Aviation ?Supplt Depot, on Orote Point, Guam. Next door to the 23rd SeaBees.
