For those who happen to browse the earlier Lincoln die varieties on a regular basis, you will notice a bit of a difference next time you visit.
I have finally gotten around to truly organizing my collection for the first time (ever). This is a monumental task to say the least, but part of this organization included sticking hole fillers on the site for the dies I have but have not yet listed.
The reason for this is two fold - I want to publish the most complete information I can, and would rather stick a die number out there with little information and fill in the blanks later rather than just not do anything until I am ready to photograph them - which could easily take the rest of the year.
Second reason is that BobP is the other attributor of the site and he needs to know what holes I have filled so he doesn't list something else in those slots.
Anyhow, you will notice about 30 new dies listed on the site, but these do not show up in the recent additions - why? Because there are no photos or specific die state information in the databse as of yet, and that's what it takes for a die to register as a new addition.
Thanks for your continued support and patience.

Site additions are growing now, as are the number of "holes" to fill. My early prediction for the end of the year is 6,000 photos and 2,000 different dies listed. We continue to strive to bring you the best, most updated information on the subject available anywhere in any form.
Start thinking about when you think we will pass the milestones. I'll be holding a contest in the near future to see who gets closest to the exact date we pass the barriers and work toward the next big milestone. I hope to have five digits in the photos by the end of 2006. That will be incredible!
