Hello All,
This is my first posting on coppercoins forum.
A 1973-D cent RPM was recently submitted to me from a Bob Mohan for examination and attribution. I assigned it in my files as 1973-D 1c CRPM-003, however, I have been unable to correlate any cross-reference. Anybody seen this RPM before or know of any references to it?
Regards,
Billy G. Crawford (ddorpm)

Welcome aboard Billy...I do believe you have a brand new discovery there. I've never heard of such an animal. JB would be the only place I'd know of where you might find a positive answer.

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for the welcome aboard. Very nice forum.
Will send an e-mail to JB to see if they have it listed. One would think this critter would have been noted a long time ago.
Regards,
Billy (ddorpm)

Hi Billly...
I too would like to welcome you to the forum. As many years as I have been collecting, I have never seen a 73D RPM that nice. I agree in that I would have thought it would have been reported long before this. Makes me want to start searching 73D rolls again!. (Well...not really, but if I can find one of those...it would make my daty). Welcome again to the forum and coppercoins.com. I am sure Chuck is well on his way to putting all of your cross reference attribution numbers on the site. Don't be a stranger!

Wow. Nice RPM. That shows that major RPMs are waiting to still be discovered.

Welcome Billy!! That one is new in my opinion as well. What a beauty! I would have had a heart attack if I'd found that one.

Thanks everbody for the welcome aboard.
JB replied that it is not listed in their files.
I must admit Bob that I'm just as much at fault for not actively searching certain dates/mm -- with 1973-D being one of them. This RPM sure has changed my attitude in that respect.
Regards,
Billy
