I have to say, that I have never seen a cent tonned to this extent. I will be listing it on ebay soon, but would like to know what you think before I do. Here aris the pic. The reverse shows also similar tonning

Looking at the colors it does make me think 60's. At least thats what I hear , the coin is from my birth year.
As far as the circles my uneducated guess would be something such as oil droplets were on the coin whare their is no toning preventing the sulfurs from acting on those areas.

First thing I think is environmental damage...while it's for some people, toning like that isn't for me.
