Very unusual, actually. Never seen one that low on a coin from the 70s, but I would doubt it would bring much of a premium value if sold as such.

Lowest primary mintmark I have ever seen also Gabe. Surprising no one else has at least inqired about it before. Maybe it's because not many folks serch through 1974s?
